Refund Policy
THE GOF STUDIO
Class & Course Fees
All fees paid for dance classes, workshops, or training programs at THE GOF STUDIO are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed. This applies to monthly, quarterly, and full-course payments.
Trial Classes
Fees paid for trial classes (if applicable) are non-refundable. Trial sessions are provided solely for evaluation purposes.
Missed Classes
No refunds will be issued for missed classes, regardless of the reason. Make-up classes may be offered at the discretion of THE GOF STUDIO based on availability.
Studio-Initiated Cancellations
If a class or batch is cancelled by THE GOF STUDIO and no suitable alternative is provided, a pro-rated refund or class credit may be issued. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Workshops & Special Events
Fees paid for workshops, masterclasses, special events, or competitions are strictly non-refundable. If an event is cancelled by the studio, a full refund or credit will be provided.
Membership Transfers
Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared or reassigned to another individual.
Medical Exceptions
Refund requests due to medical reasons will be considered only in exceptional cases and must be supported by valid medical documentation. Approved refunds may be partial and are subject to management approval.
Payment Errors
Any duplicate or incorrect payment resulting from a technical error must be reported within 48 hours. Verified cases will be refunded to the original payment method.

THE GOF STUDIO reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on this page.
